REAL TALK: Humble yourself, be ready to grind and work so hard that you make people in power notice you and feel like they cannot do it without you. Observe your environment, see what others are doing and learn how to master your craft (niche). Learn the personalities of the people around you.

If you cannot do these things, you will not get where you want to be. If, you do get there, always reach back to give someone else an opportunity.

It is important to get out there and network by meeting people who can help you get to the next level. Learn how to build lasting relationships with those people who really matter and can make a difference in your either staying stuck in place or successfully moving forward. This real "connection," is what will keep you going and moving closer toward your goal.

Lastly, remove the word "hater," from your mental dictionary.

Keep it moving! Keep grinding and preparing yourself to be ready for when that door opens for you.
