Big G Artists Agency, LLC - On Success!

BIG G ARITSTS AGENCY, LLC ... ON SUCCESS: We advise our clients that success is an ongoing process which sometimes take years, if not decades. It does not happen overnight!

·         First step onto the road to success is to have an open mind and lots of patience
·         Second step is to be willing to take action
·         Third step is the successive steps, we call trial and error phase

You have to fall before you get back up. One has to learn through "trial and error" what works and what does not! Success is not fool-proof. Even the most successful people on the planet have had to undergo trial and error. That's just how life works. You must know "what does not work for you" and "what does work for you," to find the best you!

As a talent booking agency, part of what we do is consulting work. Because, we know the market's trend regarding its "likes" and "dislikes." We certainly would not book a client to perform at a "rock" venue, if the venue is predominantly rhythm and blues. That would be suicidal!

We recommend the following video series to our clients as a guide on their road to success:

Will you find an agency that's more committed to its clients than BGAA? We don’t believe so!! Mainly, due to the fact that we do not make promises that we cannot keep. Our mission is to make your dreams come true! We are the “go-to-person” between you and the talent buyer.

Therefore, our undertaking is to present you in the best light to land the jobs and keep you consistently working! Our agency is committed to offering at very little or no costs to our clients, state of the art equipment, experienced staff, and highly skilled talent booking agents, graphics artists/designers, videographers and etc. that you will need to build an “eye-catching” press kit. Our agents are paid the standard percentage of the star's earnings (typically 10%), that may be increased depending upon any additional services the agent has provided per the client's request.

Our contracts are Non-Exclusive which is the more popular type of contract and it is less restricting than the Exclusive contract. A Non-Exclusive agreement basically states that you can have more than one agent and is a popular choice for actors and musicians that work out of different cities. You can have one agent for New York and another for Los Angeles. The agent that gets paid is the one who sent you to the audition. Contracts are normally signed for period of a year even though sometimes longer terms are used. A contract is a way to make sure that you pay the agency if you got the gig they sent you on.
