Artists Exposure and more Q&A

Big G Artists Agency is not your typical Talent Booking Agency because we go the “extra mile” for our clients! We are innovators and believe in “keeping-it-fresh!”
OUR SLOGAN: Big G Artists Agency, LLC, a premiere booking agency with a new wave of artists. Ride the music!
All music must be pre-approved for quality and commerciality by our team of experienced musicians, songwriters, studio engineers and music marketing consultants.
We target the appropriate locations and demographics that are right for our artists’ music genre. An artist has a better chance of getting exposure if the artist is booked in a venue that appreciates that style of music. A lot of what determines where we book an artist is music genre, demographics, popularity of the artist/venue and etc.
Good exposure for an artist will indubitably increase the artist’s CD/Album sales.
However, if the songs written have not had any exposure, nor have not been recorded properly and there’s no interest, then an artist cannot reasonably expect to get anyone to realistically be willing to listen to their music let alone book them.
We cannot stress the importance of putting in the work to produce a good quality Cd. You’ll have a better chance of success, if, and only if, you do simple things such as making sure all vocals tracks are in great pitch. A song that has poor vocal quality and pitch problems is like having a huge zit on your nose that everybody notices. This is a sure way to a dead-end career, if you do not pay attention to details. At least a “zit” can be “zapped” in just a few days. A bad Cd will last forever! Also, make sure your entire Cd is professionally mixed and mastered. Your demo needs to be of good quality.
Q&A: How do our Agents know whether we want to sign someone?
ANSWER: When we wake up the next day after having seen an artist perform the night before and we’re still thinking about that artist.
Q&A: What is the best thing about being a talent agent?
ANSWER: When everything goes right for a client and you know they appreciate your hard work.
